What to expect on a Sunday
Our services are informal and designed for people who don’t normally attend church. The fresh coffee is available all morning, but people often turn up a few minutes early for a coffee and take it through into the hall for the start of the service at 11am. There’s 25 minutes of songs led by the band, a few announcements and a short talk. The whole thing is over by 12.15pm. Dress code is informal and there is Children’s Church for all ages including youth. Afterwards people hang around chatting and there are doughnuts and fruit to munch on.
How do I get involved?
If you’ve visited us, feel at home and are looking for a church we very much hope you will make Vineyard your church. We suggest the following for those looking to get more involved:
- Try out a housegroup. These are small mid-week groups: find out more here.
- Join a Sunday Team. Serving on Sunday is a great way to get know people better and feel more at home: find out more here.
- Don’t hold back! Life’s too short for hanging around at the back. Get stuck in, turn up to stuff and see where it takes you!
